What I offer
Every session is built around Reiki, a hands-on Japanese energy healing practice, shaped to whatever you need that day rather than following a fixed protocol. Below, you'll find why people come to see me, who these sessions are for, what a session actually involves, how it all works, and where to find me.
-
I spent 25 years living abroad before settling in Paris, and in that time I saw firsthand how much tension the body quietly carries through an ordinary, busy day. People come to see me at very different moments — after a stretch of burn-out, in the middle of ongoing anxiety, carrying more stress than they'd like to admit, or simply feeling a lack of clarity about what comes next. That tension tends to stay with us long after we've stopped consciously thinking about it, and it usually responds better to something direct than to time alone.
-
As an English-speaking practitioner in Paris 2, I work with anyone carrying more tension than they realized. Many of the people I see are expats building a life in Paris, alongside long-term residents and visitors passing through. You don't need a specific reason to book — people come with burn-out, anxiety, stress, or a general lack of clarity about where they're headed, and just as often simply because they know something in their body needs attention. Whatever brought you here, sessions are shaped around what your body needs that day, not a fixed protocol.
-
Sessions center on Reiki, a hands-on Japanese energy healing practice, and often include LaHoChi, a complementary technique that works along the body's Chinese meridians — similar in principle to acupuncture — to support deeper energetic alignment. Sessions are 1h30 and cost 90€. You stay fully clothed throughout, and I'm there with you the whole time, holding space for whatever comes up. Some clients talk during a session, others prefer quiet — both are welcome, and there's no right way to do it.
-
You lie down in a calm, softly lit room while I work with your body directly, placing my hands lightly on or just above specific points along the body's meridians and energy centers. The aim is to guide your nervous system out of a stressed, on-alert state and toward real rest and energetic alignment. Clients often describe an unsettled hum they'd stopped noticing finally going quiet, often leaving a session lighter and more rested than they've felt in weeks — though everyone experiences it a little differently.

Do I need to speak French? No — sessions run entirely in English.
How often should I come? There's no set frequency. Some people book a single session as a reset; others come back occasionally when they feel they need it. Both are completely fine — Reiki isn't something you need to do on a schedule.
What should I wear? Comfortable clothing. You stay fully clothed throughout the session.
Is this a substitute for therapy or medical care? No. Reiki accompanies medical or psychological care, it doesn't replace it.
